Soft rope plaited bosal, adjustable browband headstall and 6 foot split reins with leather poppers.
Great for bitless riding, training those young ones before they are introduced to the bit or for sore/injured mouthed horses or horses who just prefer not having a bit in their mouth.
These are very popular in the States (even though they are not a true hackamore) this is what they are most commonly known as.
No hardware to rust, break or injure a horse or rider these will last a long time and serve a trainer/rider well.
When ordering please note that the first colour listed will be the colour of the bosal and the browband and the second colour will be the colour of the headstall and split reins. We have now also added the option of choosing either a throatlatch (as with any browband headstall) or you can also opt for a fiador which attaches to the heel of the bosal/noseband which will hold and balance your noseband/bosal. The fiador is pictured on the lariat nose loping hackamore).
